Another leek blossom photo from 2014. I forgot I took this one. I never did anything with it at the time but liked how I was able to edit it today, so I include it here. I softened the flowers and background and enhanced the bee just enough to make her pop.
I’ve always loved this image. Super simple and I didn’t have to do much to make it pop. Took it in July of 2016.
Happy Easter! I love how my painted eggs came out but I had a terrific time trying to decide how I wanted to process this photo. I was pretty drawn to one version that made them look like golden eggs (below) but I really wanted the colors to come through because, well, they’re EASTER eggs and they’re supposed to be colorful.
